Country Aperitif

Put the crickets in a baking dish.

Grill over medium heat for 10 minutes. Crickets cook very quickly because, due to their small size, heat gets inside the cricket very quickly.

Take out of the oven, salt, let cool and serve as an aperitif, like peanuts or crisps.

It is possible to refine the taste by sprinkling, before cooking, with aromatic herbs such as thyme, cinnamon.
